This class is designed for online and drop-in Yoga lovers who enjoy a deep immersion into the inner peace and harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.

For people who want a pain free, relaxed, flexible body, calm mind, and good night sleep.
We start the class by leaving the daily hassles, hurdles, and worries. Coming to the peace presence awareness. Duration: 5 min
Followed by warm-up exercises from the Yoga and Chinese qigong practices to release the daily tensions .Duration: 10 min.
Continuing with thorough yoga postures for stretching the life nerve and getting the body muscles toned and energies moving to the max! For that we practice Kriya Hatha Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Krishnamacharya yoga therapy, and dynamic Osho practices. Duration: 30 min
The class finishes up with different Yoga Nidra and relaxing practices, to have you well rested with a sense of clearness, joy, ease and calm Terje Mander is a master Kriya Hatha Yoga instructor with years of experience after first transforming her own life with these profound teachings. She’s the author of the book Restart, focusing on detox, sustainable and clean lifestyle. She’s also a Journey Therapist practitioner, The Art of Conscious Change practitioner, healer, nutrition consultant, yoga therapist, and a kundalini yoga teacher. Terje also holds a degree in psychology.
